Bryan has a B.B.A. in Accounting, a Masters of Taxation and is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas. He has over 16 years of financial management experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Director, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and CPA.

Bryan has a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University. He has 15 years of Tax and Accounting experience of which 13 has been spent in public accounting. He has worked in a variety of accounting firms from small and mid-sized firms to large firms.

Howard’s original certification is from NYS and has over 40 years of experience as a CPA in public accounting. He has significant experience in settling tax controversies with IRS Appeals as well as audits of mortgage companies requiring yellow book qualifications.

Gary is the president and managing shareholder. He completed his B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Economics and is a CPA licensed in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. He has 18 years of experience beginning as a staff auditor, with 10 of the years as a CFO of various companies. Gary has years of experience working in the Healthcare industry.
