Bryan has a B.B.A. in Accounting, a Masters of Taxation and is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas. He has over 16 years of financial management experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Director, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and CPA.

Brian has a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University. He has 15 years of Tax and Accounting experience of which 13 has been spent in public accounting. He has worked in a variety of accounting firms from small to large firms.

Howard’s original certification is from NYS and has over 40 years of experience as a CPA in public accounting. He has significant experience in settling tax controversies with IRS Appeals as well as audits of mortgage companies.

Gary completed his B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Economics and is a CPA licensed in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. He has 18 years of experience beginning as a staff auditor, with 10 of the years as a CFO of various companies.
